Two plans
Dynamic plan
Month-to-month, sells excess energy at a price tied to the real-time market, and gives you more control over your own settings.
Rates, credits, and plan terms are set by Tesla and change over time. See tesla.com/tesla-electric for current details.
Who qualifies in the Valley
Tesla Electric is available where Texas customers can choose their electricity provider. In the Rio Grande Valley, that generally means homes served by AEP Texas lines. Homes served by Magic Valley Electric Cooperative or Brownsville Public Utilities Board cannot choose their provider and are not eligible.
| Utility area | Eligibility |
|---|---|
| AEP Texas | Eligible |
| Magic Valley Electric Co-op | Not eligible |
| Brownsville PUB | Not eligible |
