How a FranklinWH system works

A FranklinWH system pairs the aPower battery with the aGate, the controller that manages your solar, the battery, the grid and your home's circuits. When the grid goes down, the aGate switches your home to battery power. You monitor and control the system from the FranklinWH app.

Why homeowners choose FranklinWH

  • Works with new solar or with many existing solar systems
  • Expandable: start with one battery and add more later
  • Can back up the whole home or the circuits you choose
  • Also works without solar, charging from the grid for backup

Built for Valley outages

Storms and summer heat put pressure on the grid here. With a FranklinWH system sized for your home, your essentials keep running during an outage, and with solar the battery can recharge during the day.

FranklinWH or Tesla Powerwall?

We install both, so the recommendation fits your home instead of a single brand. The right choice depends on your existing solar equipment, your electrical panel, what you want backed up and how you want the system to grow. We walk you through the differences during the consultation.
